Price and Payment

1. The prices of all products are listed in Hong Kong dollars in our online store. The prices of the same products in our physical stores may be different from those listed in our online store. The price that is listed in our online store on the day that the purchase is made will be the applicable price.

2. Acceptance of orders is subject to our sole discretion. In the event that we cancel the order, we will reimburse any money you have already paid. It is understood by you that we will not be required to provide any sort of reimbursement for any kind of disappointment.

3. To handle online payments, we make use of third-party payment services. When you place an order, you acknowledge and agree that we and a payment service provider will collect, process, and retain your credit card information in accordance with its terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that we shall never bear any part of the losses you incur or sustain as a result of using a credit card; rather, you bear all liability for such losses.

Delivery

1. When you make a single purchase at our online store for HK$5,000 or more, you can take advantage of free delivery service to a single location of your selected billing address. There will be a $200 delivery fee for purchases under HK$5,000.

2. We only take orders for delivery within Hong Kong, and we only deliver within the designated areas of Hong Kong from Monday through Saturday, excluding the first four days of the Chinese New Year and the periods when a black rainstorm warning or typhoon warning signal No. 8 or higher is in effect. Delivery services may be postponed or discontinued during inclement weather if a black rainstorm warning or typhoon signal No. 8 is in effect. If inclement weather prevents the delivery, the customer will be notified to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. We currently do not make deliveries to logistics centers, remote areas and outlying islands, and buildings without elevator facility. We reserve the right to decline delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will receive your ordered merchandise from our logistics service provider and under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund.

4. Once payment has been verified, we will ship the items you have ordered to the address you provide when placing an order through our online store. The goods will be delivered to the address you give us for delivery, and that address will be considered the point of delivery and acceptance by you. You acknowledge and agree that in the event that you refuse delivery for any reason, we may, at our discretion, charge you more or cancel your order.

5. Once your order has been delivered, you will own the merchandise you purchased. After the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for keeping them safe; we won’t be held responsible for any damage or loss.

Refund and Return Policy

1. The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery for any flaws or damages. If you have any claims, please send email to [email protected] at the time of delivery. If not, we will assume that you accept the goods as is and reserve the right to reject your claim after they are delivered.

2. Every item must be thoroughly inspected upon pickup or delivery. You will be considered to have accepted the products upon arrival and no further returns will be permitted.

3. The returned goods and all gift items that came with the purchase need to be returned together. If not, the gift item’s retail value would be subtracted from the return.

4. Once the recipient has confirmed receipt of the products, glassware and accessories cannot be returned.

5. The company will not be held responsible for any failure to fulfill obligations resulting from events beyond of our reasonable control.

6. Vintage wines that are more than 20 years old may experience seepage in the cork due to elasticity loss. Compressed corks, whether in a horizontal or vertical position, have also been known to slip or drop into bottles as a result of losing their elasticity. We would like to remind you that buying vintage wines carries some inherent risk, which you should account for. Since our insurance does not provide this kind of compensation, we must humbly announce that Ponti will never be able to grant credit, exchange, or return of vintage wines owing to cork failure of any kind. I appreciate your thoughtful comprehension.

7. If there is any disagreement, our decision is definitive.
